Awesome! Well thanks for posting it!

I need to get off my butt and create a website/blog already... I've been wanting to do so for a while now. I think I finally will this summer...

1) What is wrong with mixing nuts and fruit? I think they're delicious together and I've never had any problems.

2) From my understanding of Candida, it's caused due to an imbalance of yeast in the body; and the yeast feeds and exists on sugar. BUT candida thrives when your body is in a more acidic PH state, whereas a raw diet will put you on the alkalized side of things! So a raw diet could potentially fix things up for you too. You should experiment!

I think it'd be very hard to. Do you have a blender? That might also work. Otherwise, the only thing I could imagine doing is
a) beating the heck out of your almonds or other nuts with a rolling pin or other hard object...
b) buying date-puree, if it exists.
