Perhaps next time, you guys could blog about the raw food you normally eat (it is slipped in sometimes, but a full article would be nice), how much they cost, as well as how to tell the difference between raw and "raw", like you did with the almonds.
Also, this may seem like a no-brainer, but would making a raw food pie from regular fruit bought at say Wal-Mart have the same nutritional value as organic fruit?
That part really confuses me about raw foodism. Is organic the way to go or can I get away with eating a big ol' McIntosh?
