Great question.

6am- 6.15 quick workout, walking or indoor on bike (with affirmations)
6.15-6.45 - work on my website and pray
6.45 - 7.15 - make and eat breakfast
wash and get dressed and be out the door for 7.45

Feel energised and positive after this
