Most restaurant meals are over sized and/or have many hidden calories. To help reduce that as a problem:
1. Ask for half your meal to be wrapped up to go before it is brought out to you. If it is a self serve situation do that for yourself and put your "to go" half away before you start eating.
2. Drink only water.
3. Ask for all sauces and salad dressings to be served on the side, and then apply the minimum ( for your taste ) to the food.
