Default Buying training

Hello forum members,

I am looking to purchase computer training. My experiance in the past is that there are lots of training organisations out there that all seem to offer similar products and services and sadly in some case the same results. Everything from expensive to bargain basement.

I have found that most of these companies don't provide what I am looking for and that I have to get staff retrained several months down the line.

The problem is that the training never meets the exact criteria of the job plus the information isn't retained by the staff members. So I don't want to continually send them on courses.

There is such a hugh choices of companies out there all varying. My questions to the forum is this...
  1. What is important to you when buying training?
  2. Why is important that you get the training that solves a problem?
  3. How do you pick training knowing that it will meet your needs?
