Night sleep: 11pm to 5:40am
Originally, I woke up at 5:10am and I seemed to be completely awake, but then I closed my eyes for a minute, and bum, fell asleep for another half an hour! I have to give myself credit for waking up a half an hour later instead of an hour or two
I just wanted to post and say that I feel a lot more awake today, than I did yesterday. It's only 6am, so I didn't try meditating yet, but I think it will go better. I love being up again! Maybe going to bed an hour earlier made a difference? I think it did! I'm sure I will do great with just a short nap today.
