I had a psychic reading one day when I was feeling kind of down, my spirit was hanging low, and after the reading, I felt much better. I met a man, a very spiritual psychic, who shall remain nameless, and his guidance was sufficient, and it allowed me to get to the root cause of why I was feeling that way, and after we had some tea, chamomile. I still look back on that day and remember it. I laugh about it. What he told me was that everything you think or do is a choice. You have a choice to feel down or to not trust the universe. Everything is a choice.
