No offense guys but I'm looking more for Tony Robbins Hour of Power-type routines. Stuff that maybe involves exercise, meditation, visualization, etc. I'm playing with different ways to start my day in terms of what produces the best energy/mood/etc. and so that's why I posted the question. If anyone has been doing something along these lines I'd love to hear about it.
