I'm vegan, but my eating habits aren't great, eating out a lot (food tends to be oily here) or binging on junk food. I know I need to improve it, but I'm also lazy, so I thought a nice compromise would be simple recipes. So what are your favourite simple recipes? Maybe 5-6 ingredients, with a 20 minute preparation + cooking time. I'm sure this could benefit other forum members too. I can't be the only lazy vegan on this forum.
