) heck, i had to like myself enough just to admit that to people!...but i think it is an on-going process. you should do or at least attempt to do with no regrets, whatever you feel you need or want to do to improve different areas of yourself or your life. there was a time i actually wondered if or why people really liked me...but when i realized that they did...i knew was an ok person and i could allow myself to like myself
