it depends on whether you like coffee or just drink it to wake up...i like coffee and i drink the high test...but i still believe it is psychological...you can do half-caf and wean yourself to decaf...the smell and the taste is basically the same...i have had caffeinated coffee before bed and i don't think caffeine necessarily keeps everyone awake. i exercise and have a healthy breakfast...whole grains and fruit...but i still do my coffee....
