It would help a lot to wake up in a body that exercises regularly and eats nutritiously. If the body was "toxic", it would help a lot to cleanse that body. In lieu of coffee, i believe it would also help to have a nutritious replacement to perhaps become excited about such as smoothies or just whole fruit. I am more eager getting out of bed in the morning knowing that i am just seconds away from a delicious variety of healthy fruit and was able to effectively replace coffee (and the beloved creamer) with this healthy habit.
