You can't work on all of your goals at the same time. That would be impossible, unless all your goals happen to be achieved by the same actions. You're always doing one thing at a time.
If you're drawing a blank about what you want to do with your life (and I presume by that you mean you don't have any large long term goals), then your current short term goals may lack direction. In order to achieve the smaller goals in life I think it's good to do some thinking about the larger ones.
And while you figure out what you want to do with your life, don't forget to attend to the basics. No matter what you choose to do, you'll probably want to keep your body and mind healthy. Read a lot, exercise, eat well, drink well and sleep well. A lot of people forget these things while they try to achieve success in other areas.
