I've found that this normally happens after a long period of work without substantial results. When you feel like you are 'spinning your wheels' so to speak.
The best thing to do is take a day off to refocus and reconnect with what's important. Remember why you are doing what you are doing and figure out what the next step to take is.
It's basically the inhale, before another long exhale, where you bring in more creative and productive energy before you expend it all again.
