Maybe you should just go back to bed and sleep for an hour or 2 in the middle of the afternoon Go take a nice long shower or bath with candles.... do some shopping and buy something nice for yourself. Make yourself a great diner. Spoil yourself.
Donīt think about what you should be doing or how you should be doing it, just focus on total relaxation of the mind (without meditation, because that probable will not work right now).
Than just accept that these days have been wasted and let them go (you cannot change it anymore anyway), add 1 more day to waste and spoil yourself and you will feel like a new person.
