I completely agree with you sk8joyful, and thank you for reminding me of some of my purpose for taking on this challenge. My hope is that through these changes, I can learn to clearly read what my subconscious is telling me. My current medical issues create super cravings for things I truly do not need though. My daily recordings are temporary and have several purposes, with the primary being just to watch some items that cause my medical conditions to get worse.

I cannot trust my cravings right now, the ones that speak the loudest are not tied to my subconscious.......I use my data minded personality to guide me along while I work through this. My hope is to clear things up enough so I can differentiate between systemic yeast issues versus what my subconscious is telling me is truly right for my body. I have taken great leaps to better awareness, but still working through some walls .

Thanks for the chuckle this morning ginkgo (although doubtful that was the intention )..... while I would agree there may be better uses of my time in the long run, numbers and data are how my mind works. Temporary recording of info while I get comfortable with a very drastic change is how I work through big shifts, it is my strength, and I take pride in my ability to approach things in detail. It doesn't fit everyone, and it may not be my approach several years from now, but it is more true to my nature at this time. If it helps me to move forward, then it is far from a waste of time.
