I am thoroughly excited for this challenge. I have done food changes before, fasts, but this is the first one I have been this pumped up for. I cannot wait to see the results, and see how this might change my future dietary choices.
I did locate a website with nutrition data on vegetable juices, but it just wasn't as user friendly for recording all my food intake for a day (think it was
LIVESTRONG.COM - Health, Fitness, Lifestyle). I think I will just stick to nutritiondata.com or Fitday.com, they both have a great set up for saving foods and quickly adjusting volume and measurements. I will assume my 'juice' is about 15-20% of the total volume of the whole veggie. I am not tracking fiber intake, so not a big deal.
