Congratulations on becomming a moderator, I don't know how long it's been but I just noticed it today, I'm not that observant!

You, Angela and Parthon have all mentioned responsibility, that to me means it's important, check out Paul Mckenna's 'change your life in 7 days' I've read this book about 12 times, he talks a lot about happiness and taking responsibility.

Again taking one day at at time is vital, I say this to myself everyday whilst I am getting showered, whilst I am reciting all the things I am grateful for. Surprisingly it falls under the letter 'O'.Again, nice insight.
