Hey, I'm not sure what you mean by 'anything under 80k sites' but SBI does give specific figures about having X many keywords with demand over 1000 (and comparatively low supply/competition).
My best advice is go re-read the Action Guide - the bit about using Brainstorm It and how to interpret your Master Keyword List
I can't remember the exact requirements for a profitable site but all the figures are there.... Good luck and hope you can still make it work! (what's your site by the way?)
