Hi Steve, I have a slight quibble with your review. Although you can't read Kindle books on other e-book readers, you can read them on the iPhone and iPod Touch. There is a free Amazon Kindle app that even lets you synch your iPhone/iPod reading with the Kindle, so you can pick up on one device where you left off with another (maybe for reading in bed with the lights off?). I don't have a Kindle, but I do use the Kindle app on my iPod Touch; it works pretty well.
