I'll second
Google Analytics since it was Urchin before Google bought it out. Slight learning curve, but it will tell you exit pages and you just include a javascript snippet to the sites/pages you want to keep track of.
Also, you can look at open source
AWStats which is a perl based traffic analyzer that you install on your webserver, if your web host doesn't already offer some kind of free traffic analyzing software that meets your needs.
