Steve, the KIND OF MEAT IS THE PROBLEM not meat itself. Did the study use organic, grass-fed beef? Most likely not. However, I noticed that same with me if I dont choose my meat wisely. In fact, I have gotten to love lamb and buffalo and less red meat and chix. Also, I have problems eating normal eggs and even natural eggs but if I eat omega 3, organic eggs, I have no allergic reactions.
