Out of curiosity, how do I work out the calories in your example day of eating? Is there a simple conversion from WW points to calories? (doesn't need to be exact)
It sounds to me like you have the food side of the equation under control, but the exercise part is not at the same place. Is it time to set aside all the "reasons" and commit to a training program?
