I screwed up as well.
I fell sick in the beginning, so my attempts at waking up at six were a failure.
The meditation was ok in the beginning, but a while ago my depression got the upperhand and trying to relax and be calm was just impossible for me when all these negative thoughts were raging through my head.
The eating healthy has been going great so far. Probably because i'm having exams, which means I'm home "studying" and able to actually cook

instead of getting fast food.
Procrastinating still is my biggest problem, but yeah, i didn't expect it to be easy... lol
