that's exactly how i view it. it was very uncomfortable for me to sit at my desk the entire day the other day but i viewed it like training myself. it has become much easier already by just the 4th day.

this is extremely interesting. do you have more facts like this? i always love hearing things like this because when i know the science behind certain things, i am always more apt to do them. i will read through the link you just provided right now.

i went through my entire educational life studying on the floor. talk about inefficient. i always fell asleep and never got as much done as i could have. im glad im trying to fix this before i start graduate school.
