Start by appreciating what ever is good in your life at this moment. Hold that appreciation, and use your inate, internal guidance system as a monitor of whether you are on course to your well-being or not. Your feelings/emotions are your internal guidance system.
Whenever you are felling bad, in anyway, that means you are off course. When ever you are feeling good, in anyway, like even a feeling of slight relief, you are on course to your well-being. Follow the good feelings, and focus on the good feelings. Love, happiness, gratitude, joyfulness, etc...matters not if it's a memory from the past. Something you appreciate and are really grateful for now, or when you are feeling great about something good you plan for the future. Put yourself in a rampage of appreciation, and it grows, and expands. While you are in this state place insert your intention into it.
At your posting, you are stating feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration, disappointment, and discouragement. Obviously you are off course/out of alighnment with your well-being.
Follow the good feelings, and doing this attracts more good felings, and also things to feel good about, which adds to the feeling good, and appreciation, and soon, you are in the rampage of appreciation, at this point you can consider yourself a Manifesting-MOTHER! Try it, you'll like it.
