Thanks Roni.
I had a few more things to write, but I had to run off. Now, I got a couple more minutes I can mention an example from this past week that showed me just how different people view money.
I came into work Wednesday of last week. (yes I have a job, and I run a business, and I run on the fire department as a volunteer, and I run webpages, and a lot of other stuff. If you want to know, I keep my day job simply because it amuses me. I would never do this job for the money they pay me; it is purely for entertainment value, tho I don’t mind the extra money and benefits, but if it ceased to amuse me, I would quit). I came into work and the typical conversation of what everyone did the night before was about.
Most people around me of course were talking about what they watched on TV, how HD is clearly better then normal TV, and what would a Tuesday be without everyone talking about what happened to their favorite shows or sporting events last night. I listen to all this with much amusement and always asks something along the line of “imagine all the things you could do if you did not watch tv”.

You can imagine the looks I get.
Anyway, I was eventually asked what I did last night. Now they are used to all sorts of things coming out of my mouth. I explained that I took 5 hours and read about 20 stock/fund prospectuses. (Thanks Steve, for recommending Photoreading, that used to take me a week with about one an hour each prospectus).
Everyone around me was just “why would you do that?” “What a stupid way to pass the time?” and my favorite.. “How is that better then TV?” No matter how much I try sometimes to explain, sometimes they just don’t get it. They seriously can’t understand why I would work on such a thing. A few even laughed saying, “with what money?”
You can see, while most of these people live mostly comfortably, they do not have what it takes to be a millionaire. They don’t really want it. They only want what they want because they don’t want to have to work or care about money. A million dollars in their hands would do no where near the good giving Steve a million dollars would do.
A supervisor came out to me a few days ago complaining how they don’t make enough money. Well I asked her if she was willing to work more, cut back expenses and spend time learning and being a bigger contribution. She said no, of course not and was surprised I would think of such things. Most people want a million dollars but they are not willing to do what needs to be done to bring a million dollars into their life.
Now, while I got a little off topic, the points I was attempting to make are in there admit, cleverly hidden

.
The pointers were:
1. Many people don’t want to do what it takes. They don’t want to change at all to have it all.
2. You can use LOA all you want, but if you spend all your time with the negative, you’re just making it worse, because you’re actually putting your energy into the negative.
3. I am not saying you have to work yourself into the ground, but you have to take advantage of the opportunities that LOA opens up for you. For example, if you wanted to make more money, and intend it, then you get offered a job making twice as much but they want you to work extra hours, so you turn them down. Because OF COURSE you didn’t say you wanted to work for it. Part of LOA is taking the opportunities that are given to you in any given area. LOA can’t do anything if you won’t do what it takes. Sometimes I see people turn down things blaring obvious like that and don’t even realize it.
Hope that helps and Good luck
Adrienne
