I'm no expert on the subject. I'm still manifesting things in ways that seem less than ideal to me.

My first reaction to your question is that your problem seems evident in your first sentence. You say, "I am still more confused ... my manifestation results have been poor."

I would approach this from a different perspective: Your manifestation efforts are working. You are manifesting exactly what the universe is hearing that you want. You may be telling the universe a different thing, but there is a miscommunication somewhere in the process.

You need to approach manifestation like you would training a puppy or programming a computer. If you inadvertently praise a puppy for a behavior you'd rather avoid in an adult dog, you'll end up with a dog that has that bad behavior. For example, if your puppy leaps up on you as a greeting and you pet her and say, "you really shouldn't do that Fido, no, no baby," you'll end up with a dog that leaps up on people as a greeting. Your puppy doesn't hear that you don't like this, it just learns that jumping up on people gets it pets and talking to nicely.

If you program a computer, you might think that you're giving it one instruction, but if there's an error in your syntax you could end up with an error or a completely different result than you were expecting. Again, the problem is communication.

In other words, you can treat the universe a bit like a dumb beast (no offense to puppies everywhere) or machine. Since the beast or machine can't learn to speak your language, with all of its complications and nuances, it is up to you to better learn how to communicate with the beast or machine. And like training a puppy or learning a new programming language, it's easiest to start with simple tasks and progress to more complicated ones.

I'd keep up with the $1M experiment but I'd add other efforts as well. If credit card debt is a problem, for example, I'd work on manifesting improvements in small steps in that area as well. For example, reducing the balance so your minimum payment is lower by $10. Then reducing it so that your minimum payment is $50 lower. Then maybe reducing the remaining balance by half. And so on.

I hope that helps.
