I seem to have no purpose in life right now, I keep thinking that anything I might try to do is a futile effort as if there's no point in doing anything and there's no meaning in anything.

I used to have grand dreams and desires of accomplishment but lately I can't seem to find the urge to feel anything at all. I feel numb.
