Yes. Nature of Personal Reality is the one best suited for you. It has 16 techniques that are excellent for IM. Some will sound familiar but it's good to read it from the likely original source.
Check out the reviews on Amazon. Definitely "the" book or Bible of reality creating. Seth has a likable but deeeeep personality.
