Yes, in part. However, I coined the term in a line of dialogue I wrote
for a "dumb bimbo" character in a screenplay I wrote. She basically
gets her cliches mixed up while trying to appear smart, saying, "Hey, it ain't Rocket Surgery."
You know, kind of along the same sort of amusement one gets when Bush says things like, "Ya need a certain level of intelligency to handle the responsibleness of being the Decider of whether or not to deplore nuke-u-lar weppins."
