What was that saying: to succeed you need to determine the price of what you want to do and be willing to pay it? I suspect that applies in this context too.
I was thinking the same thing. I know that for me, a side effect of losing weight is going to be some extra skin. That is not a pretty side effect. It's not a sexy one. In fact, it is one that I have been scared of for a long time, because if it doesn't rebound on it's own it requires me to either live with it, or get surgery and a huge scar to fix it. But, if I am really going to paint an accurate picture of what losing weight is so that I can be it to achieve it (lol cheesy analogy, sorry), I need to accept that and not ignore it because it isn't a benefit like smaller clothes and more energy is.

"Yes, the long war on Christianity. I pray that one day we may live in an America where Christians can worship freely! In broad daylight! Openly wearing the symbols of their religion…. perhaps around their necks? And maybe — dare I dream it? — maybe one day there can be an openly Christian President. Or, perhaps, 43 of them. Consecutively." — Jon Stewart
