Most folks who've posted about it say it has taken 3 days to take effect. Some people just seem baffled cuz it doesn't seem to be working at all. For me, my appetite disappeared immediately (partly because swigging a tablespoon of oil makes me feel oogy) and I noticed my 3pm sugar craving had disappeared after about 3 days. I'm not sure about all the scientific reasoning the guy puts forth about the plan; but it seems to work for me simply as a tool for appetite and craving suppression. You still have to eat wisely and exercise, of course. Please let me know if you try it, and what kind of results you get.
