akupulko2020, there's a bridge I go under on my way out to work. I've adopted a little morning ritual of taking the moments before the bridge to choose what I'm going to create for the day, and then I concentrate on it as I take a deep breath and hold it as long as it takes to drive the tunnel.
As I emerge into the morning Eastern sunlight and I slowly release both my breath and my intention out into the Universe, it feels like I'm breathing life into life.
