Update 22/01
It seems that the universe has responded quite positively to my experiment and my desire to loose weight... I have already lost a couple of kgs, which is a good encouragement. More importantly, I was at my girlfriend this week end, and she randomly pulled a book out her bookshelf, that is called "You are what you eat."
I found it quite informative and definitelty gave me a new perspective on nutruition and dieting. It made me understand why I seemed to have achy joints when I diet, and also how certain food choices could help me diet.
So far, when I am queuing to buy food and I have to make choices, the picture of my wardrobe come to my mind and remind me: "you're not there yet." So I've found it easier to make healthy choices.
