losing weight is as simple as using more callories than you consume..

Callories in - callories out = weight loss/gain

You can do that however feels best for you. More exercise, less eating, a little bit of both..

Everybody is different so you will need to listen to your body and do what feels good. If you feel bad, change your diet or exercise until you find what works for you.
