Just the basic kind where you sit down in a comfortable chair with an erect back, with legs and arms uncrossed, and concentrate on your inner consciousness while gently releasing all thoughts that come to mind.
It also helps if you ground yourself by imagining green roots shooting out of your root chakra down your legs all the way to the center of the earth.
At first it may be difficult to release thoughts. I had trouble, so I would listen to a clock ticking, and count out the seconds until a minute had gone by, then continued to do so until 15 minutes had passed.
