Here's what I did.
Passed around envelope containing slips of paper.
Each slip had 4 multiple choices of Personal Brand attributes.
They had to state the choices, discuss them and select one that most closely resembles their Personal Brand.
The choices were as varied as possible to fit any occupation/personality, e.g.
1.Intuitive 2. Fearless 3. Unconventional 4. Go the extra mile
1.Charismatic 2. Good Listener 3. Driven 4. Big Picture awareness
Some memorable performances :
One woman spoke well on 'Building relationships', said she is so good at it, she could build a relationship with a rock.
Another woman picked ' Well-rounded ' and turned around to show all her well-rounded figure. Peals of laughter.
A pastor spoke on being a ' Visionary ' and was the best of the lot. I'm convinced that pastors make the best speakers, they do it for a living.
The hit was an Asian with accent who was speaking at length on being ' Focused '. While he was talking, something fell behind him and all eyes turned in that direction. On cue, he brought everyone back on track by saying quickly ' lets stay Focused on Table Topics and not be distracted ' .
An enjoyable evening was had by all.
And Thanks Steve for your suggestions, however, I had almost completed my piece.
