Meditation is coming less like a chore...I want to mediate..
I meditate in the morning and feel so fresh through out the day so clear and peacefull...the same goes at night time if i meditate at night i feel so connected with everything....
Mediation is helping me alot...The EGO/constant mind chatter isn't there...
If it is there i become aware of it...The days i didn't meditate tho i found very daunting i was in identerfication with my thought things went wrong and i felt it hard to cope!
The thing i need to work on is...if i am feeling lazy and unclear go and meditate!
