I have done all of the above over the last 5 years in varying amounts and combinations and it has either worked, or driven me completely mad.
Remember though, you can do all of the above to learn how to be psychic, or just focus on being in your heart and feeling as much love and gratitude as often as you can - the results will be the same, but you will be a more balanced person if you focus on your heart.

Specifically, can you talk more about Etherium Gold, Melatonin, and Mugwort? I'd like to know when you started taking these, how long you took them, what dosages, what your first experiences were like, and if you are still taking them? I've been looking for herbs or substances that might help jump-start psychic abilities and this is the first lead I've gotten.
Have you heard of the supplement called "Dream Boost"? It's very interesting. I've tried the 10-pill sampler pack, took two every night for a week, and got profound results. Very vivid dreams that I was able to remember. The dreams were pleasant to boot, but that's probably because I try not to get too worked up about anything during the daytime so I don't have too much emotional baggage.
Just to note: I also practice all the other things on your list already except Sun Staring, Tai-Chi and Yoga (though I'm starting on Qi Gong).
