My name is on the Sydney list and I just want to confirm that I am interested in meetups, and am also interested in the disc golf idea! I live not far from Sydney Olympic Park.
I am also a Toastmaster with UNSW Professional Speakers... depending on the activities we do I could get a few friends to come along too (Google "unsw toastmasters" to find out about the club).
