Self-Discipline: Willpower

Right now I have the will power to work on my self discipline again. A lot actually. But I already know as it has happened much more before it will all be over next week.
Maybe you could increase the length of the sprint this time? Just because "will power is for sprints" doesn't mean that sprints have a fixed length. In fact, sprint a little further this time than you thought you were capable of.

In the mean time, focus on whatever goals energize you. Also remember all the other components of self discipline Steve wrote about in his article: acceptance, hard work, industry and persistence.
