I certainly agree it is a good method. For me, I am now on day 5 of my 30 day challenge to enlarge self-discipline. And because that is such a wide topic, that is quite hard. I have a calendar and a list of items I want to do (but do not do often), and I force myself to do a drawing exercise and make a list of what to do tomorrow daily. For all those things to do, I have per day on my calendar a set amount of how many things with exception of my to-do and my daily exercise must be done, and I can now walk to my list, pick an item and do it!. Also, making to-do list on forehand works really well, and walking to my calendar and see how much more I have done these last 4 days than I believe I did in the days before is very motivating!
Ill see if I can find some info about 'getting things done', and if I can get it from the library here.
Thanks for the advice!
