So, I have been reading the article about self discipline.
I sort of wasted the last 10 months of my life, the description is about the same as what Steve says about when he was 20, I have had will power to do something about it and as Steve explains as well: will power is for sprints only, not a marathon.
Self-Discipline: Willpower
Right now I have the will power to work on my self discipline again. A lot actually. But I already know as it has happened much more before it will all be over next week. So, what do I do now to make sure I can continue improving my life, activity, productivity and self discipline for the rest of the time? What did you people do to do so? Steve, what did you do?
