Maybe you could give advices with a twist on how to parent, see how others are advising parents. Look out of the box! Look for cool products for kids, review them, test them, start reviewing your local store goods, books, diapers ...

First thing first think what you would like to do, where you could offer great advices. Imagine what the website should talk about, if you will write topics start today, see what you can review with GUSTO!
For example, are you good at decorating, has your child bedroom distinct design? Can you find other people that have wonderfully designed bedrooms?
Maybe you could get together with few sponsors and give a prize to people who have best designed children rooms?
There are many topics you can talk about, pick one and go along that one. If you see that you are attracting people to your site stick to it and make it better! Don't open 5 projects and end up failing on all of them...
