hi ,
we get better results with visualization when we can keep the mind chatter to minimum , especially -ve one .
I tried one methode for achieving this
For this i put my alarm for 4 'o' clock in morning as we are in the sleepy state ...also don't have many thoughts in the mind.
i simply wake up and then just visualize my goals for not more than 15 minutes and then go to sleep.......only one thing now i'm not consistent with this method .
Once while i was consistent with this i really got some +ve massive changes in my personality ( my goal was for a better personality

)
In my opinion if someone is finding it difficulty with manifest/ visualization, he can just try this method.
