They have actually shown that there are neurons in your heart (previously thought to be only in the head!). When you focus on love they activate and this can even be shown on tests. I've been at Tony Robbins seminars where he has people rub their hand in a circle above their heart and focus intensely on love and memories of love. It's just the most amazing exercise. A good lesson for life too.
