I find that the later I use the computer, the later I get to sleep, the later I wake up in the morning.

I like to exercise before lunch. It helps me sleep better at night and in turn I wake up more refreshed.

Eliminate coffee. You will see a lot of improvements!!

Have you practiced the technique Steve suggested in his blog? Practicing getting up to an alarm? That was helpful to me.
