Very instructive! This is maybe the most important skill for connecting with others. The Duane scene is great (never head of the movie before) and you dissected it very well.
I learned this first from a book by Lundberg. When I started to practice this, my social skills skyrocketed. People that I hardly knew started to tell me their life story etc. Good stuff!
