I was just reading "The 4-Hour Workweek" and Timothy Ferriss talks about the two kinds of stress: distress and eustress. Eustress is good stress; the kind of stress that help you to progress, to grow.

Sounds like you're experiencing that. Perhaps it's in how you frame it for yourself. It's good but it's still tiring and you need a break from it.

In fact, a lot of how we experience stress IS in our personal framing of it.

Another good book on understanding the effects of stress on the body is Robert Sapolsky's "Zebras Don't Get Ulcers".
